How it Works.

  • Inquire.

    Fill out the inquiry form on my website! Spill all the tea about your big day - I can't wait to hear the details!

  • Quote.

    Once I receive your inquiry, I'll reach out via email within 48 hours and provide a quote - or ask any additional questions needed to provide a quote.

  • Confirm.

    If you would like to move forward with the services requested, confirm with me via email. Depending on your project type, payment will also be due at this time as well. A 30% deposit is needed for rentals, and full payment upfront is needed for custom wood signs.

  • Design Details & Mockups.

    For rentals, I will reach out about 4 weeks prior to the event to gather design details. Based on these details, digital mockups will be created and sent via email 2-3 weeks prior to the event. This is also where balance of payment is due, rental agreement will be signed, and seating chart arrangements are shared (if applicable).

    For custom wood signs, mockups will be sent ASAP or according to the project timeline.

  • Sneak Peaks.

    Be on the look out for my Instagram stories - I love sharing progress photos and sneak peaks as signs are being worked on.

  • Pickup.

    All rental items are pickup/drop off only in Stow, OH. They can be picked up 48 hours prior to your event, and are due back within 48 hours after the event.

    Custom signs are pickup as well, and can be picked up once confirmed ready!
